Welcome to Adventures on Film!

My name is Chris Chinnock and I deliver Film Photography & Darkroom Printing workshops in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

Workshops are for people of all skills and experiences who want to learn photography, covering all aspects of , shooting, developing and printing from film as well as digitising your negatives.

With a fully equipped darkroom within a Victorian mill and surrounded by the stunning Yorkshire countryside it’s the perfect place to start your own adventure on film!

I’m also a Portrait Photographer and I love to create characterful photographs which capture a person’s personality and unique style.

I shoot Commercial Photo Projects too - creating Product, Publicity and Promotional images for a wide range of businesses as well as being an experienced Event Photographer.

All of the above are trading activities which support a Social Enterprise I run called Our Creative Connection that uses photography for social change.
